East Bengal held Churchill Brothers to a 2-2 draw in the ONGC I League match played today at PJN Stadium, Margao, Goa.
Odafa Okolie (36') and Felix Chimaokwu (57'-penalty) gave Churchill the lead but a spirited red & golds came back from behind to restore parity through Mehtab Hossain (57') and Sanju Pradhan (68'-penalty).
Nascimento Silviera of Churchill Brothers was adjudged Nokia Player of the Day.
East Bengal now have 30 points from 25 outings in I League.
