2-00 p.m. - Free Health Check Up

5-00 p.m. - To receive the Chief Guest Sri Bratya Basu, Hon'ble Minister-in-charge Higher and School Education, Govt. of West Bengal.

5-05 p.m. - Welcome address by President Dr Pranab Das Gupta

5-15 p.m. - Address by Chief Guest

5-30 p.m. - Distribution of Full Playing Kits to the five best players 2011-12,one each from first to fifth Division teams.

5-45 p.m. - Distribution of football to different camps of the district and other camps of Kolkata.

6-00 p.m. - Felicitation to Sri Dibyendu Barua-Grand Master in Chess, Mountaineer Ms Soma Bhattacharya and Sri Sandipan Das U-19 Indian Cricketer.
