East Bengal Football School of Excellence started on Sunday as the trials for  selection of students for different age groups began under the supervision of UEFA Pro License Coach Amir Alagic.

Amir Alagic was assisted by former East Bengal footballers Kajal Dhali, Bikash Panji, Tushar Rakshit along with Indrani Sarkar(Ghosh) and Physio cum Manager Prasenjit Dey.

More than 300 participants attended the trials for the selection process.

The aim of the Football School is to provide international quality training based on modern scientific methods like psychometric assessment, sessions on sports science & nutrition and theoretical analysis of historic matches along with on field implementation.
