In supersession of earlier notice it is notified to all Members that the  Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Club for the year ended 31st March, 2012, will be held on Sunday, the 23^rd  September, 2012 at Club Lawn, Maidan Tent, Kolkata – 700 021 at 11-00 a. m. to discuss the following:

Miscellaneous and any other business with the permission of the chair.

All valid Members are requested to be present at the meeting.

The audited statement of accounts of the club for the year 2011-12 under Rule 33 of the Club is available in Club Office. Desirous Members  may collect a photo copy of the same on any working day between 5-30 p.m. and 7-30 p.m. from the club office on production of their valid membership card. The same is affixed in Club in the Club notice board.
