EBFC Sports Day on the occasion of 73rd Birth Anniversary of  Ex-General Secretary Late Dipak (Paltu) Das was inaugurated today by Hon’ble Minister of Municipal Affairs and Urban Development  Janab Firhad Hakim by lighting the lamp at the Club tent.

Club President Dr.Pronab Dasgupta and General Secretary Mr.Kalyan Majumdar hoisted the flag at the Club lawn.

Hon’ble Minister also inaugurated the Blood Donation Camp in presence of Club President and Club General Secretary.

The Blood Donation camp was held in association of Command Hospital of Indian Army and Voluntary Blood Donor’s Association.

In the evening a felicitation program to honour renowned sportspersons will be held followed by Paltu Das Memorial Lecture on “Changes in Football Scenario” delivered by Hon’ble Minister of Higher and School  Education Sri Bratya Basu.
